Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Section 2 - ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES
Casa di Lusso is not liable for accidental orders placed and you should double check your order before finalising at checkout. Casa di Lusso is not responsible for providing input for personalisation of products. You should ensure you have provided details of personalisation you want on any products before finalising an order.
Once an order is placed, cancellations to orders are not permitted.
Section 3 - RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Casa di Lusso reserve the rights that under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind. We do not refund or exchange monogrammed or customised products unless the item is faulty or a customer receives it damaged. Each product is inspected by a member of our design team before it is sent so we hope all customers are satisfied with their decisions before confirming the purchase. Casa di Lusso are therefore not liable for incorrect purchases and if an item is incorrect, Casa di Lusso are unable to exchange or refund these orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Casa di Lusso will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Section 3 - PROMOTION AND DISCOUNT CODES
Casa di Lusso will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise by a member of the Casa di Lusso team. Promotions and discounts will be announced on all social media, our online store and our email outlets. Once a promotion or sale has ended under no circumstances will Casa di Lusso extend this offer. If a discount code is valid, it is the customers’ responsibility to apply this to their order at the time of purchase only. During promotion and discounted periods we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds unless decided by a member of our team.
Section 4 - HANDLING AND SHIPPING OF OUR PRODUCTS
At times when orders are in high demand all orders will be shipped between 2-5 business days, however, please be aware this is subject to change at times during peak periods. We at Casa di Lusso do not take responsibility for items being lost in transit, nor, do we take responsibility for delays or customers filling in their address wrong at checkout. If an item is returned to our UK headquarters due to failure of a customer paying customs fees, not claiming their item from a post office or an incorrect address this is not our responsibility, however, we will notify you that your item has returned to us.
If you have any further questions in regards to if an order is returned or rejected please contract us at info@uk-casadilusso.com to arrange redelivery (customers will be liable to pay shipping costs). In addition, Casa di Lusso are not responsible for items being damaged or stolen by a third party if they are left at an address which is unattended.
Section 5 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
At Casa di Lusso we ensure that all stock displayed online are true and in accordance to our stock quantities, at times when orders are high or we do not have the materials to hand craft each leather case we are not liable for them not to always be available to our customers. We aim to ensure each product colour and image online are aligned, however, we do not take responsibility for the colour of a product which appear on your devices will be accurate.
If our website malfunctions or there is a technical issue in regards to price displayed on a product page we reserve the rights to cancel these orders. An email will be sent to these customers if these problems arise and any payment received from the customer will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. At Casa di Lusso we allow for the prices of our products to change without notice to our customers and we reserve the rights to suspend any customer of the Service if they do not understand these conditions.
Section 5 - SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
United Kingdom:
Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 2-5 Business Days
International Royal Mail Standard Delivery 5-25 Business Days
In accordance with COVID-19 shipping times may vary, we do not take responsibility if an order surpluses this time frame. We advise each customer to check Royal Mail shipping updates online and monitor their orders as products may be held in customers for longer periods of time, in which, Casa di Lusso do not take responsibility for.
Section 6 - TAXES DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES
When an order is shipped from the United Kingdom there may be taxes or duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. Please note that these charges are not included in the original shipping charge stated on our website and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed for these.
If an order’s customs fee is not paid for your order is subject to either be destroyed or abandoned and we are responsible if we are unable to refund you for this order. It is the customers responsibility to contact the relevant customs office to find if you are affected by these charges.
SECTION 7 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
