The Personalisation Process
Step 1. Preparation for Personalisation
Once you have finalised your virtual design, by selecting your desired model, colour and initials, a member of our design team will begin hand crafting your unique piece. Using the finest equipment, we carefully choose and cut our pebbled top grain leather to fit your model and each corner is seamlessly wrapped. A microfibre suede lining is implemented inside each case to ensure an intimate fitment and provide additional protection against micro-scratches.
Step 2. Hot Foil Stamping
This next stage of the process is to combine heritage craftsmanship with design innovation to create your special piece. A member of our team gathers your brass initials, sets the hot foil stamping machine to the correct temperature to first deboss your personal initials onto your perfectly formed case to deepen the service print. We take pride in only using the best quality foil which is meticulously placed over the debossed initials and embossed onto your case. Our premium sourced foil from the United Kingdom is specifically chosen for its durability and its ability to not diminish over time.
Step 3. Quality Inspection
Every personalised piece is then inspected by our in house design expert to ensure that every detail of the design, manufacturing and packaging processes fulfil our rigorous assessment criteria.
